Prosecutors at the International Criminal Court have requested the body of evidence against Kenyan President Uhuru Kenyatta to be suspended inconclusively. 

ICC boss prosecutor Fatou Bensouda said she still did not have enough proof to move ahead with the trial, which was because of resume one month from now.
