Mogadishu, Somalia (CNN) - A Somali administrator was slaughtered and an alternate was harmed when a shell covered up in their auto blasted while they were headed to a gathering on security, authorities said.

Parliamentarian Isack Mohamed Ali, prevalently known as Isack Rino, was slaughtered, and administrator Mohamud Abdi-dhuuh was genuinely harmed, said Mohamed Abdiqadir Mohamed, locale official of Mogadishu's Hamarweyne area. Four passersby were likewise stung.
