Salvage operation underway as South Korean traveler boat sinks



Around the travelers, around 320 were learners who were heading out with a few instructors to the resort island of Jeju. There are around 20 group parts ready for.

The Mokpo Coast Guard has affirmed to CNN that 82 travelers have been recovered. All staying on the stricken boat are currently wearing life coats anticipating salvage.

The learners are in contact with their guardians by phone. In this way, no damages and no passings have been accounted for.

South Korean coast watch and maritime vessels are included in the salvage operation, semi-official news org Yonhap has reported.
