Disney Cruise Lines team part blamed for attacking 13-year-old

(CNN) - A 36-year-old team part on a Disney Cruise Line boat was captured in a Florida port on Thursday on suspicion of attack and false detainment, authorities said.

Disney said it informed police in regards to an episode that was claimed to have happened Thursday morning while the boat was at Port Canaveral.

Canaveral Port Authority Police said Ahmed Sofyan confronts two charges of indecent or lecherous attack and one charge of false detainment.

The affirmed victimized person is 13 years of age and hasn't the faintest idea the suspect, police said.

Disney said the man was terminated.

"We have no tolerance whatsoever for the conduct affirmed in this episode," said Karl Holz, president of Disney Cruise Line.

It was indistinct if Sofyan, who police say is from Indonesia, has a legal advisor. He was taken to the Brevard County penitentiary.
