An auto shell has blasted at the entryways of a military sleeping quarters close to the airstrip in the Libyan city of Benghazi, executing two troopers, security authorities say.

Two different fighters were injured in the blast.

It seemed to have been completed by a suicide aerial attacker, an anonymous armed force officer told the AFP news office.

There has been an extreme crumbling in security in Libya since the 2011 uprising which removed long-lasting pioneer Muammar Gaddafi.
